Information collected through the contact form
If you submit the contact form, I collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, subject and message.
Providing this information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide a valid email address and enough information about your enquiry, I may not be able to respond.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Why I use this information
I use contact-form information to respond to enquiries about training, coaching, case interview preparation or related services.
The lawful basis for this processing is that it may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. I may also process enquiry information based on my legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and managing my business.
I do not use contact-form submissions to send marketing emails unless you have separately agreed to receive them.
Where the information is processed
Form submissions are processed through Squarespace, the platform that hosts this website. I also receive form submissions by email at dwmair@gmail.com.
This means personal information may be processed by service providers including Squarespace, my email provider and Google reCAPTCHA.
Some providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, I rely on the safeguards used by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Google reCAPTCHA
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect the website from spam and abuse.
reCAPTCHA may process technical information about your browser, device and interaction with the form to help determine whether a submission is likely to be made by a real person.
The lawful basis for using reCAPTCHA is my legitimate interest in protecting the website and contact form from spam, abuse and automated submissions.

How long I keep information
I keep contact-form submissions and related email correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed.
If an enquiry does not lead to further work, I normally keep the correspondence for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless I need to keep it longer for legitimate business or legal reasons.
If an enquiry leads to work, related correspondence may be kept for the duration of the client relationship and afterwards as needed for business records, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
Sharing information
I do not sell your personal information.
I share or process personal information only where needed to run the website, respond to enquiries, protect the form from spam or manage basic business records.
Automated decision-making
I do not use your contact-form information for automated decision-making or profiling.
